"A product I want is listed as 'Sold Out', will there be more?"
Owing to current printing and packaging limitations, we can only list a small number of products in stock at any one time.


If a product you are interested in is 'Sold Out' but is still listed on the website then please don't worry as more stock will follow, usually within a few working days.


In the case of 'Limited Edition' prints, once the limited print number has been reached, the listing will be removed all together to avoid confusion.


If a Limited Print is still listed on the website, then it either 
a. isn't available yet (i.e. 'Coming soon')
or
b. the print number has yet to be reached and therefore more stock will follow shortly.



"Where is my order?"
If the order is taking longer than the outlined shipping time* please double check your order confirmation to ensure that the address you provided is correct. If all is present and correct, a visit/call to your Local Post office may reveal that they have it on hold.


If an order has not arrived within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, please get in touch using either the 'Contact' form or via email at info@frazzledartworks.com

"Do you offer shipping outside of the UK?"
Sadly, following recent GPSR Regulations that came into force from the 13/12/24, we are currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland for the foreseeable future.


Wider shipping to the rest of the world is currently unavailable but is something we are looking in to.

"Do you do private commissions?"
At this moment in time, private commissions are unavailable. Apologies for the inconvenience.
